Lamba Nom is a 14 year old former princess of the planet Lilith who fled her home world before the Bunker space pirates destroyed it. She is one of four psychic teenagers brainwashed and reconditioned by Dr. Tarsan to serve as pilots for the giant robot Dangaioh, with her specific role being the pilot of Dan-Mechanic No. 3, which forms the robot's arms. Among her teammates, Lamba is the youngest and is characterized by a timid and faint-hearted disposition, a trait that stems from the sheltered life she once led as royalty. This insecurity leads her to rely heavily on Mia Alice for emotional support, although her underlying will is strong. Her primary psychic ability is the capacity to fire lethal bursts of concentrated energy beams from her index fingers, a power that also serves a critical function for the team: she supplies the energy for Dangaioh and can amplify the robot's Psychic Wave attack into a more powerful Spiral Knuckle. Lamba's past as royalty becomes a central focus of her personal story when she confronts Shazarla, a former servant of the Lilith royal family who now leads a trio of assassins sent by the Bunker. Lamba initially believes Shazarla has been brainwashed, but she later learns that Shazarla holds a deep grudge against the Nom family for surrendering to the Bunker before Lilith was plundered and destroyed. Facing this painful truth, Lamba apologizes to Shazarla on behalf of her family's misgivings, yet she resolves not to give in to despair. Instead, she chooses to fight in memory of the lives lost on Lilith, a decision that allows her to overcome her timidity and fully commit to the team's mission. Throughout the series, her development moves her from a sheltered and dependent girl into a more resolute and active member of the Dangaioh team, able to stand beside her comrades and deliver decisive blows against their enemies.
