Julia Brahms is an English voice actress known for her work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime, primarily during the 1990s. Her career is closely associated with Manga Entertainment, a British distributor that produced numerous English adaptations of anime for the UK and US markets during that era.

Brahms provided voices for a range of characters in original video animations, which were a dominant format for anime released directly to home video at the time. One of her noted roles is Fuyuko Asahina, a nurse in the 1991 supernatural horror OVA Psychic Wars. She also voiced Kyoko Jounouchi in the 1990-1991 cyberpunk series Cyber City Oedo 808, a character who appears throughout the show's three episodes. In the 1990 supernatural samurai film Sword for Truth, she played the role of Princess Mayu.
