Kalia is a significant antagonist introduced in the second OVA series of El-Hazard. She is a small, impish figure with white hair cut to neck length and grey eyes, and she has the appearance of a female teenager. Her nature is that of a demi-god, created for a singular and devastating purpose.
Her personality is defined by a ruthless and unforgiving demeanor. Kalia describes herself as being built for revenge, specifically the concept of sweet revenge, indicating that her actions are driven by a deep-seated and malevolent will.
