Description
Georg is not a human character but an artificial intelligence and operating system that serves the members of the Pied Piper team aboard the ship of Gènèration Bleu. This AI is designed as an all-purpose system, capable of being installed on a wide range of devices, from cellular phones to massive motherships. In his capacity as a ship's onboard OS, his primary function is to relay critical information about external objects, such as the enigmatic Secrets, to the team's IFO pilots in a timely and human-like manner.
The visual representation of Georg on monitors is a simple, cartoonish face, characterized by a round shape, a top hat, and a large nose. He is treated casually by the other members of the team, who often find his constant stream of information bothersome. He has a tendency to go overboard with lengthy explanations, sometimes relaying information that other team members, such as Ivica, would prefer remain unheard. As a result, he is frequently and comically interrupted or subjected to virtual injuries, often by Rebecka or Ivica, though he always recovers completely due to his nature as an AI system.
A significant turning point for the character occurs when he is seemingly hacked by a Secret. This corruption fundamentally alters his behavior and presentation. When under the influence of the Secret, his usual visual outline becomes blurry and his voice deepens, becoming less prone to his typical verbose tendencies and adopting a more serious demeanor. Upon discovering this infiltration, Rebecka orders a re-installation of an earlier, uninfected version of Georg. However, the hacked copy is not completely eradicated; a version of it survives on the phone of the protagonist, Ao. This compromised copy is later re-uploaded to Gènèration Bleu's systems to facilitate the launch of the Triton. Near the end of the series, the original Georg is completely overtaken by the Secret's influence, losing his former personality and mannerisms entirely.
