George Evans is a supporting character from the anime who serves as a significant temporary adversary and a complex figure representing a human perspective deeply hostile to dragons. He is a level ten breaker, a classification that places him among the most powerful users of Lost Precious artifacts, on par with the series protagonist, Ryuji. While his appearance is notably mature, leading others to perceive him as being in his late twenties or even older, George is actually only nineteen years old.

George is a British national and a devout follower of the Anglican Church, specifically referred to as the English Church of Saints. His religious faith is the cornerstone of his worldview, as he genuinely believes that dragons are servants of the Devil and an evil that must be eradicated from the world. This zealous conviction has earned him the fearsome epithet Bloody George the Black Punisher. Despite the intensity of his hatred for the dragon race, George has never personally encountered a dragon prior to the events of the story.

In terms of personality, George initially presents himself as a calm, polite, and kind-hearted individual. When he first meets Ryuji and the red dragon girl Rose, unaware of their true natures, he behaves in a friendly and approachable manner. He shows particular gentleness towards Rose, treating her with the same warmth he would his three younger sisters back in England. However, this stable demeanor masks a deep-seated and violent fanaticism. When confronted with individuals he perceives as evil, such as those who would vandalize a church or harm children, he flies into a rage and becomes uncontrollably aggressive, using his sword without restraint. This violent tendency is amplified by his weapon, which is a cursed artifact.

George wields an S-ranked Lost Precious known as Ice Rage, a large, powerful sword that was originally the treasured sword of the White Dragon lineage. The blade has the ability to freeze anything it cuts and is immensely powerful. However, Ice Rage is also a cursed item, imbued with the lingering怨念 (grudge or怨恨) of a dragon who was slain in a tragic historical event. This curse has a corrupting influence on its wielder, exacerbating their violent impulses and making them more aggressive. George himself is affected by this, and it contributes to his irrational desire to attack Ryuji and other dragons.

George's primary motivation is to use Ice Rage to wipe out the evil scourge of dragons, whom he views as demonic beings. In his role in the story, he is initially the target of a mission by Maruga, the princess of the White Dragons, who seeks to reclaim Ice Rage as her people's rightful property. The narrative conflict arises when Ryuji and his group attempt to retrieve the sword from George without triggering a fatal confrontation. Ultimately, his cursed sword is destroyed by Ryuji. His last significant act is falling in love with Maruga, leaving his ultimate fate and reconciliation with his beliefs unresolved within his brief appearance.
