Description
Nagara Anjō, a 10-year-old martial artist and Shinkalion Z pilot for the Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute, secured the role of primary pilot for the N700S Nozomi after his older brother Shimakaze conceded due to Nagara’s slight compatibility advantage. The siblings later employed the Dual Grampus System to co-pilot the machine during critical missions. Known for his impulsive nature and headlong approach to combat, Nagara’s youth often leads to reckless decisions, yet his loyalty to his team drives gradual growth in strategic precision. Specializing in close-quarters combat, he channels martial arts expertise through the N700S’s Wolverine Claws or unarmed strikes, with the Zailiner HC85 Hida upgrade granting enhanced weaponry like a double-bladed sword and reinforced limb modules.

Guided by Shimakaze’s mentorship, Nagara learns to temper instinctual aggression with tactical discipline. His heritage ties to Japan’s railways: the surname Anjō connects to Anjō Station on the Tokaido Main Line, while his given name honors the Moonlight Nagara overnight train. Though his sibling dynamic echoes prior franchise portrayals, Nagara’s arc distinctively centers on a younger brother’s evolving autonomy.

Shimakaze’s transition to piloting the advanced Z Doctor Yellow Shinkalion amplifies their collaborative combat efficiency, reinforcing Nagara’s dual identity as both a team-oriented partner and an independent defender committed to safeguarding Japan.
