Description
Korone is a Liradan, a type of android created by the imperial government, who is assigned the task of keeping the protagonist Akuto Sai under constant surveillance. To fulfill this mission, she enrolls as a student in his class at Constant Magic Academy. She has short green hair and dark green eyes, wears the female academy uniform, and carries a pink handbag that functions as a hammerspace containing a vast arsenal of firearms and other equipment. Her default demeanor is stoic and emotionless, fitting her role as an observer. However, she frequently displays a curious and mischievous side, often teasing Akuto with suggestive actions to provoke a reaction. Despite her artificial nature, she genuinely develops complex emotions, most notably growing strong feelings for Akuto over the course of the series. Her primary motivation shifts from simply reporting on him to actively protecting him and supporting his goals. In the story, she serves as both an informant and a powerful combat ally. She can read the emotions of others and precisely measure their mana levels. Her arsenal includes conventional firearms, a powerful railgun, and weapons capable of firing light beams and ray blasts. She also possesses an invisibility cover and enhanced senses, including night vision and hearing. As a Liradan, she does not need to eat, sleep, or breathe, allowing her to function indefinitely. She has a genius-level intellect and can access vast government records to analyze situations with high precision. Her combat programming contains the fighting styles of numerous masters, making her formidable in both armed and unarmed combat. She also possesses surgical tools and medical knowledge, allowing her to perform complex operations. Her key relationships revolve around Akuto; her initial professional detachment gives way to personal loyalty and affection, and she shows visible sadness when he is displeased with her. A unique weakness shared by all Liradans is a switch on her lower back resembling a rabbit's tail, which can temporarily deactivate her when pulled.
