Description
OmniShoutmon is the evolved form of the dragon Digimon Shoutmon, introduced during the first season of Digimon Fusion as a significant power upgrade for the series' central partner character. It is depicted as a humanoid dragon whose body is encased in brilliant gold and silver, with metallic arms and clawed hands attached to the shoulders by black cord-like extensions. Its appearance includes blue eyes, white facial markings with stripes, and a long pair of V-shaped horns. According to official reference material, this form came about when the Royal Knight Omnimon bestowed a legendary Digivolution upon a Shoutmon that had released the boiling passion of its soul. Because the transformation clothes the entire body in the Omega inForce, a power received from Omnimon, the Digimon glows with a radiant golden light and gains a sharper, more streamlined build. The combination of that brilliance and its speed is so intense that enemies can perceive only a light afterimage, never the figure itself.
In terms of personality, OmniShoutmon carries and amplifies Shoutmon's hot-blooded and exuberant nature. It is defined by intense passion, steadfast friendship, and a powerful sense of justice, and these emotional qualities are presented as the direct source of its strength. The form is first achieved in order to battle Tactimon, one of the head officers commanding the Bagra Army, and after a fierce struggle it proves strong enough to defeat the officer, establishing it as considerably more powerful than any of Shoutmon's previous DigiXros states. In the English version of the anime, Shoutmon also unlocks this evolution while on Earth after the Fusion Loader absorbs the emotional energy of his human companions, emphasizing that the transformation arises from emotional connection rather than external combination.
