Description
Jet is a young man who serves as a member of the Artifact Foundation, often handling its covert operations. He stands at an imposing 195 centimeters tall and is twenty years old. Known for being a man of very few words, Jet rarely communicates with others and maintains an almost constant expressionless demeanor, making his thoughts and feelings difficult to discern.

His background is unusual, as he is not an ordinary human but a Jasper Doll, an artificial humanoid specifically created by the Artifact Foundation to be used as a weapon. This origin fundamentally shapes his identity and his initial lack of personal will. In the early stages of the story, Jet operates with absolute obedience to his master, Erenfried. He carries out his missions without question, kidnapping Angelique on Erenfried's orders and engaging the Aube Hunters in combat. During this period, he views fellow artifact J.D. as a defective product because J.D. displays emotions and has formed bonds with other people. This perspective reflects Jet's own programmed understanding of his existence as a tool.

As the narrative progresses into the second season, Jets role evolves. His duties shift to include guarding Mathias after an alliance is formed, and he participates in efforts to rescue Director Yorgo. More significantly, his interactions with Angelique and the other Aube Hunters begin to affect him. He becomes confused by his own thoughts, particularly why Angeliques words have the power to stop him even though she is not his master. He recalls J.D.s statement that Jet must also have a heart, a concept he struggles to understand as frustrating memories replay in his mind. This internal conflict marks the beginning of his development from a simple weapon into someone who might possess his own will.

Jet develops an infatuation with Angelique, and his exposure to her group contributes to a nascent recognition that artificial beings like himself might be capable of having emotions or hearts. His growing autonomy is demonstrated when he fails to complete an order to recapture Angelique, later telling the Aube Hunters that he is not commanded to stop them as they escape. Eventually, he is dismissed by Mathias, who tells him he is free to act upon his own will. Jets journey culminates in a final, defining act of self-sacrifice. When a bomb is discovered on the departing Ship of Stars, Jet takes it into his own arms and jumps from the vessel, falling into the forest below to minimize the explosion and save everyone onboard.

In terms of abilities, Jet is a formidable combatant, as expected of an artificial weapon. His physical prowess allows him to single-handedly overwhelm the Aube Hunters in battle, demonstrating strength and skill that surpasses theirs until Angeliques power intervenes. He is proficient in using weapons and carries out missions that require both stealth and frontline combat capability.
