Kyoko Toono, also known by the nickname Anko, is a seventeen-year-old girl born on February 27 in Tokyo. She holds the position of Editor-in-Chief for the newspaper club at Magami Academy. Her primary motivation is her dream of becoming a famous reporter, which fuels her naturally curious and determined personality. This drive leads her to suspect that the main characters, particularly Tatsuma Hiyuu and his group, are hiding something, prompting her to follow them in pursuit of a story. Kyouichi Houraiji famously labels her persistent behavior as that of a stalker.
