Description
Kureha Mibu is an eighteen-year-old third-year student at Kenbukan High School and a member of the Twelve Heavenly Generals, an underground assassination group known as the Martial Fist. He was born in Shinjuku, Tokyo, on April 9 and has AB blood type. His involvement with the Martial Fist stems from a deeply personal tragedy: his mother was severely injured in a car accident and left in a comatose state. After the accident, Kureha was placed in the care of his aunt and uncle, who belittled his mother for neglecting her child for male suitors. Feeling pity for his mother, Kureha turned to martial arts and eventually joined the Heavenly Generals, driven by a powerful sense of justice and a black-and-white view of right and wrong. He genuinely believes that eliminating criminals the law cannot reach is the correct way to protect innocent people and keep society safe.

Kureha possesses the ability to sense a person's evil intentions. This skill causes him great internal conflict when he is ordered to kill Tatsuma Hiyuu, because he detects no ill will from the Magami boy. This encounter forces him to question his assumptions. Notably, Kureha studied martial arts under the same master who trained Tatsuma, which is why the two share a similar fighting style and both wear tekou, or wrist and hand armor. This shared background creates a bond of mutual astonishment when they first battle each other.

In the narrative of Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho: Tou 2nd Act, Kureha initially serves as an antagonist, faithfully following the orders of his director to eliminate those deemed evil. However, his role shifts when he discovers that the Martial Fist has been manipulated by the villain Munetaka Yagyuu for nefarious purposes. Overcome by guilt and uncertainty, Kureha eventually chooses to support Tatsuma Hiyuu and fights to protect others rather than to simply execute justice. His arc moves from unquestioning obedience to personal moral awakening, and he becomes a valuable ally in the final battle against Yagyuu.

Kureha is characterized by his obedience, strong moral convictions, and a rigid sense of justice that initially leaves little room for nuance. His development involves confronting the complexity of good and evil, learning to question authority, and ultimately fighting to protect rather than to punish. In terms of abilities, his martial arts skills are formidable, particularly his use of the tekou in combat, and his extrasensory perception of malice gives him an edge in detecting hidden threats.
