Description
Omi Shichijo is a second-year student at Bell Liberty Academy and a central figure among the school's most prominent students. He is physically striking, with silver hair and violet eyes, and stands notably tall at 184 centimeters. He was born in San Francisco to a Japanese mother and a French father, and as a result he grew up speaking three languages: Japanese, French, and English. During his elementary school years, his parents divorced, and he moved with his mother back to Japan. Because his mother was a busy career woman, he was sent to live with his maternal grandparents in the Hokuriku region and transferred to a local elementary school there. Having been raised abroad, he stood out among his more insular classmates and became a target of bullying during that time. His situation changed when Kaoru Saionji came to his aid, and from that moment onward Omi devoted himself to serving Saionji as a loyal attendant, an arrangement that has defined much of his life ever since.
In terms of personality, Omi is calm, composed, and almost always smiling, which gives him an air of pleasantness that can also make him difficult to read. His smile often conceals his true thoughts, and he has a mischievous streak, enjoying playful tricks and taking delight in teasing others, particularly Keita Ito, the protagonist.
