TV-Series
Description
Kira Sanzugawa, known as the Blood Princess, serves as an executive within the villainous organization Gekko. She operates undercover as the school nurse at the high school attended by other members of the Princess Series, unlike her fellow princesses who pose as students. Her defining personality trait is an intensely motherly nature, compelling her to treat patients—even unwilling ones—as infants. This includes dressing them in baby clothes, spoon-feeding them, reading bedtime stories, and conditioning them to call her "mama." This behavior caused regret in Kiki Majima after seeking treatment for an injury, ultimately leading Kiki to unconsciously adopt the term "mama" for Kira.

Her involvement in key events includes intervening to help Desumi Magahara by restraining Anna Hojo, resulting in a physically exhausting confrontation that left both Kira and Anna incapacitated. She later subjected Desumi to forceful nursing when she fell ill, chaining her to a bed, undressing her to wipe away sweat, dressing her in infantile attire, and force-feeding her. When Kiki and Kyoko Kuroyuri attempted to rescue Desumi by feigning illness, Kira transferred them to an underground "Special Nurse's Office" and subjected them to the same infantilizing care, successfully reducing them to baby-like behavior.

As a Gekko executive, Kira participated in the creation of the Ultimate Phantom. She joined other members in a futile attack against it after it assaulted their leader, Bosslar, resulting in the destruction of their base. From the ruins, she witnessed the broadcast of the Ultimate Phantom's battle against the Gelato 5, culminating in Fudo Aikawa and Desumi's victory.

In combat, Kira utilizes a special move called Bloody Slicer, firing shoulder-mounted energy disks. Her relationships include romantic feelings for Gekko's Supreme Leader Bosslar, evolving into marriage by the series' conclusion. Together, they adopt and raise Ulti, the Ultimate Phantom's humanoid form, as their son. Her interactions with Anna Hojo involved surprise at Anna's abnormal strength, unaware Anna was the Heat Princess. Her name reflects her heritage: "Kira" meaning "demon" and "Sanzugawa" combining "three ways" and "river."
