Sarah Roach is an American voice actress known for her work in English dubs of anime series and films. Born in Colleyville, Texas on November 29, 1994, she developed a passion for performing arts from a young age, beginning dance lessons at two years old and eventually moving into musical theater. Her talent was recognized early when, at eighteen, she received the Betty Buckley Award for Best Actress in a high school musical for her portrayal of Velma Kelly in Chicago, which led to her performing the role on Broadway at the Minskoff Theater. She later earned a bachelor's degree in theater arts from Pepperdine University.

Roach's career as a voice actor began in 2018, and she secured her first anime voiceover role the following year, a milestone she achieved as a long-time fan of the medium. Her early and prominent role is Maki Oze in the series Fire Force, which premiered in 2019. She has since built an extensive filmography, voicing a wide array of characters. Her notable roles include Belza in The Dungeon of Black Company, NaO in Banished From The Heroes' Party, Airi Gotou in Higehiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved and Took in a High School Runaway, Ririna in The Slime Diaries, Kako Tengan in The Day I Became a God, Sumire Fujita in Tamayomi: The Baseball Girls, and Yumemi Hoshisato in Hatena Illusion. She also voiced Chinu Kawakubo in RE-MAIN, Mutsumi Oribe in The Island of Giant Insects, Nene Alkastone in Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World, and Lucy Webster in The Ancient Magus' Bride. In addition to series regulars, Roach has taken on roles in anime films, such as Clair Voyance in My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission and a part in One Piece Film Red. Her voice can also be heard in other popular series like Black Clover, Date a Live, Wonder Egg Priority, and Trigun Stampede.
