Description
Joe Katsuragi is one of the primary protagonists of the story. He is a young man who, along with his partner Jin Tsurasawa, is a deserter from Phantom, an elite military force used by the ruling Logos class to control the oppressed Revenus population. Joe has dark hair, which is described in some sources as black or grey, and his eyes are often reported as being either a shade of aquamarine or brown.
In terms of personality, Joe is defined by his silence and reserved nature. He is a man of very few words and presents a calm, cool, and collected exterior.
