Description
Laura is a character from the anime and manga series Venus Versus Virus. In the original Japanese version, her name is Lola, while the English adaptation refers to her as Laura. She is a mysterious young girl with long blonde hair and purple eyes, appearing to be around ten to twelve years old. Laura is a soulless doll created by Lucif and Soichiro Nahashi's teacher. After the death of Lilith, Lucia's mother, Laura was entrusted to Lucia and Soichiro to observe the great battle that was to come. She has a twin sister named Layla, who serves as an antagonist in the series.

In terms of personality, Laura is cheerful, happy-go-lucky, and generally carefree. She has a strong fondness for chocolate and is almost always seen eating it. Her motivations are not deeply explored; she seems to exist mainly as an observer and a source of lightheartedness within the darker narrative. She lives with Lucia and Soichiro Nahashi, and her presence adds a layer of mystery to the household. Her relationship with her twin sister Layla is notable, as Layla stands opposed to the main characters, though the sisters share a connection due to their artificial origin.

Laura's role in the story is that of a supporting character who appears from the beginning of the anime. In the manga, she is introduced later. She does not undergo significant character development, remaining an enigmatic and static figure throughout the series. Her notable ability is that, as a soulless doll, she does not age. Beyond this, no other specific powers or combat abilities are attributed to her; she is not a fighter and primarily serves as an observer and companion within the Venus Vanguard household.
