ONA
Description
Kōhajū Pigudoron is a Mechanical Beast Girl who appears in the Robot Girls Z+ series. She is a personification of the original mecha of the same name, a colossal steel beast from the Great Mazinger versus Getter Robo G movie. In the parody universe of Robot Girls Z+, she is depicted as a natural-flavored young woman with a habit of adding the syllable "kuron" to the end of her sentences. Her most distinctive trait is her seahorse-like suit, into which she retracts her face and limbs. In this form she drifts through the ocean, sometimes plunging to the deep sea, waiting to be fished up by an opponent so a battle can begin. Because her face and limbs are hidden, small fish often peck at her freely. Despite her eccentric appearance and passive combat style, she actually possesses a sensible and down-to-earth personality. However, due to her strange way of entering fights, she is rarely taken seriously by others. Pigudoron serves as one of the many Mechanical Beast Girls deployed by the Underground Empire to challenge the heroines of Team Z. She appears as an antagonist, specifically involved in the fourth episode of the series. Her motivations align with those of the other mechanical beasts: to disrupt the peace of Photonic City and fight the Robot Girls. Her primary ability is her aquatic adaptation and her peculiar method of engagement, relying on being retrieved from the ocean to initiate combat. She does not undergo significant character development over the course of the series, remaining a relatively static comedic antagonist. Her key relationships are with her fellow Mechanical Beast Girls and the commanding officers of the Underground Empire, though specific interactions are limited. Her notable ability is the capacity to retract her entire body into a compact, tough suit, allowing her to survive underwater and drift for prolonged periods. This design also grants her a degree of protection, making her difficult to damage while she waits for an opponent to take the bait.
