Miyako Inoue is the youngest child in a family running an Odaiba convenience store, with an older brother and two older sisters. Her position fostered an initially overshadowed feeling alongside an affectionate and sociable nature. She befriended neighbor Iori Hida before becoming a Chosen Child, often helping his family with computer repairs. At age 12 in 2002, Miyako partnered with Hawkmon as a Chosen Child, wielding the Digimentals of Love and Purity reflecting her compassionate yet candid personality. Her technical aptitude led her to succeed Koushirou Izumi as president of her school's computer club and assist Yamato Ishida with sound engineering for his band. Early Digital World adventures showcased her energetic enthusiasm and recklessness, exemplified when impulsive actions resulted in Hawkmon being poisoned, prompting reflection on responsibility and teamwork. Her tendency to express unfiltered emotions sometimes caused friction, notably during conflicts in the World of Darkness where mutual slaps with Hikari Yagami catalyzed their emotional reconciliation, enabling their Digimon to Jogress evolve into Silphymon. Miyako actively supported Ken Ichijouji's integration into the group, transitioning to using his given name with "-kun" as their relationship deepened. By 2010, age 20, she studied engineering abroad in Spain while managing the "Digimon Relations" online community. Two years later in 2012, she relocated her studies to India, maintaining her role overseeing the Digimon community as Koushirou became busier. During this time, she participated in resolving an incident involving Lui Ohwada, a self-proclaimed "first Chosen Child," and Ukkomon, a Digimon seeking to forcibly partner all humans with Digimon. Collaboration with fellow Chosen Children resolved the crisis, culminating in the dissolution of Digivices as human-Digimon bonds transcended physical mediums. As an adult, Miyako married Ken Ichijouji and became a homemaker. By 2027, they had three children: a daughter with blue hair and glasses partnered with Poromon, a son with purple hair partnered with Minomon, and a newborn baby partnered with Leafmon. While on maternity leave, she relied on Hawkmon for childcare, acknowledging plans to return to work later. She maintained her characteristic tendency to panic in stressful situations, a trait her children openly recognized. The family later attended a Chosen Children reunion in the Digital World, where Miyako advised her children to stay calm during potential crises despite her own inclinations toward anxiety.
