Born in Rome on December 29, 1992, she comes from a family with a strong background in dubbing, as she is the daughter of voice actors Mauro Gravina and Antonella Rinaldi. Her career encompasses a range of significant roles in animated productions, particularly in films from renowned Japanese studios.

Gravina has lent her voice to several prominent anime film characters. One of her notable early roles was providing the Italian voice for the titular character Marnie in the Studio Ghibli film When Marnie Was There, directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi. She also voiced Hazuki Katō in the film Liz and the Blue Bird and took on the role of Kiya in The Deer King. Her work in animated films extends beyond these credits to include the voice of Miyako Inoue in Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna and earlier roles such as Ai in Inuyasha - The Movie 4: L'isola del Fuoco Scarlatto and Yuuko Harada in I sospiri del mio cuore.
