He serves as the secretary to Agrippa Maintainer, one of the three leaders of the Moonrace. Midguard is defined by his intense fear of the Turn-type mobile suits, particularly the Turn A Gundam and Turn X, which he knows from the Dark History as weapons capable of erasing human civilization.
