Nanase Senjyou, who also goes by the name Silk, is a main character in Yumeria. She is Tomokazu Mikuri's cousin and legal guardian, having taken him in after his parents passed away. A graduate student, she works for the Head Family and has watched over Tomokazu ever since he was young. In her daily life, she appears as a caring and somewhat playful older figure, often teasing him in a motherly yet affectionate manner. She wears glasses and has long brown hair and brown eyes. Her personality is warm, protective, and nurturing, earning her the role of the team's mother figure among the group. She is the older sister of Kuyou Senjyou. Secretly, Nanase is the dream world guardian known as Silk, a masked warrior who fights in the dream realm of Moera. Her battle suit is green and black with a dark red gem. In Moera, she takes on the duty of guiding the others and protecting them from the alien Faydoom, though this secret identity is not initially known to Tomokazu and his friends. Her primary motivation is to guard Tomokazu and ensure the safety of both the real world and the dream world. She wields enhanced combat abilities when empowered by Tomokazu's strange power, which strengthens her attacks and allows her to confront the Faydoom effectively. Throughout the story, Nanase balances her everyday responsibilities with her hidden mission, developing stronger bonds with the other dream warriors as they fight together to save both worlds.
