Description
Alec's Father hails from an unspecified land beyond Hisui, working as a woodworker who journeys annually to the Alabaster Icelands for timber. Before the main events, he faced a Hisuian Zoroark in the woods—a creature enraged by human mistreatment. He barely escaped its assaults, forging a deep fear of Pokémon and an unshakable belief that humans and Pokémon cannot coexist.

Relocating to Jubilife Village for easier material access, he continued his seasonal trips to the Icelands. During one excursion with his young son Alec, he sternly warned the boy of the dangerous Hisuian Zoroark in the forest depths, reinforcing his conviction that harmony between species was impossible.

When Alec later befriended a Hisuian Zorua and brought it to camp, his father reacted with immediate hostility, trying to drive it off. This provoked the Zorua's pack to attack with illusions. After the confrontation, he reiterated his stance on the impossibility of coexistence and rushed Alec away, leaving the child's Baneful Fox mask behind in the woods.

Years on in Jubilife, he watched Alec—now a medical student—rescue an injured Rufflet during a space-time distortion. Joining villagers in harsh judgment, he displayed unchanged dread toward Pokémon and disapproval of his son's compassion.

Yet as Alec prepared to depart Hisui by ship, his father offered a subtle shift: gifting a new mask mirroring the lost childhood one. This gesture followed Alec's own experiences affirming bonds with Pokémon, though his father never voiced abandonment of his core viewpoint.
