Description
Urami Magahara is the younger sister of Desumi Magahara and the second child of the Magahara family. She developed an intense admiration for her older sister that warped into an unhealthy sister complex, fueled by their father's constant comparisons. This fixation led Urami to idealize Desumi as cold and strong, fostering hostility towards anything challenging that image.

Five years before the main events, Urami endured significant bullying by a trio of boys, relying on Desumi's consistent protection. After Desumi left to join the Secret Society Gekko, Urami became isolated, often shutting herself in her room. Her father's comparisons only intensified following Desumi's achievements, driving Urami to follow her sister's path and plan to join Gekko after graduation. Her countryside accent historically made her a target for ridicule.

During a visit to Desumi's residence, Urami and her father discovered Desumi with Fudo Aikawa disguised as the Gekko soldier "Mudo." Urami perceived Fudo's influence as making Desumi "soft" and attempted to attack him. Desumi intervened, causing Urami to retreat into a closet in distress. While their father eventually accepted Fudo, Urami declared she never would.

Later, touring Gekko's base, Urami admired the soldiers' respect for Desumi but disapproved of her sister's casual demeanor, viewing it as weak. This disappointment culminated in Urami fleeing, only to be cornered by delinquents. Their taunt of her being "gloomy" triggered a panic attack due to her past trauma. Desumi intervened, defeating the harassers and explaining that love made her stronger than ever. Despite sharing crepes afterward, Urami rejected Desumi's suggestion that she might one day understand love. However, during her flight home, Urami reflected on Desumi's changes—acknowledging her newfound peacefulness and sweetness—and accepted this evolution while maintaining her disdain for Fudo, vowing to "purge" him upon joining Gekko. Her surname combines "sorrow/calamity" (禍) and "field/plain" (原), while her given name means "back" (ウラ) and "beautiful" (美).
