Chinami Hashimoto is a Japanese voice actress born on July 17, 1992, in Nagano Prefecture. She is affiliated with the VIMS talent agency and began her career in 2014. Her inspiration to pursue voice acting came from watching a concert held by the cast of the anime series Di Gi Charat. She enrolled in a voice acting school operated by VIMS and made her debut in the lead role of Mitsuki Kanzaki in the 2014 television anime series Recently, My Sister Is Unusual.

Hashimoto has built a substantial career with a wide variety of roles across television, film, and video games. Some of her early notable performances include Chiyo Kurihara in the 2015 series Prison School and Shizuku in The Morose Mononokean and its second season. She also voiced Suzuko Homura in the WIXOSS franchise, appearing in Lostorage incited WIXOSS and Lostorage conflated WIXOSS. Her role as Eriko in the popular game and anime series Princess Connect! Re:Dive is another key part of her filmography, which she reprised for its second season.

Her career continued to expand with roles in a diverse range of series. In 2019, she was cast as Sayako Hata in Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka and as the personification of the battleship Prince of Wales in the anime adaptation of Azur Lane. The same year, she voiced the character Rue in High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World. She also played minor roles in series such as Cute Executive Officer, where she voices Riya Motohashi, a part she continued in its 2023 sequel.

In the 2022 anime season, Hashimoto took on several new and notable roles. She played Urami Magahara in the romantic comedy Love After World Domination and Nono in the original idol and soccer series Extreme Hearts. Her voice work extends to web animations as well, such as her role as Dead Rabbits Torin in the Monster Strike: Rain of Memories series.

Beyond animation, Chinami Hashimoto is highly active in the video game industry. Her game roles are extensive and include the USS Iowa and Yamakaze in Fleet Collection (Kantai Collection), the character Fine Motion (also known as Marvelous) in the multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby, and various characters in games like The Idolmaster Shiny Colors and Grim Guardians: Demon Purge. In addition to voice acting, she has performed character songs for many of these series, contributing to soundtrack albums and demonstrating her musical talent. She holds a level 2 certification in secretarial skills and has mentioned her love for listening to the radio as a personal interest. In May 2025, she announced her marriage on her social media accounts.
