Description
In Dragon Ball Movie 2: Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle, Kririn is introduced as a young, bald monk who arrives by rowboat at Master Roshi's island seeking martial arts training. When his initial request is refused, he gains acceptance by offering the old master a bribe of girly magazines, revealing a practical and somewhat cunning side right from the start. He is shortly introduced to Goku, another boy competing for the same training, and the two become instant rivals.

Kririn's personality in the film blends ambition, trickery, and a desire to prove himself.
