Ikki Igarashi, eldest son of the Igarashi family, works primarily at their family-run bathhouse, Happy Spa. Born June 6, 1999, he is older brother to Daiji and Sakura. At age four, he witnessed his father, possessed by the demon Vail, burn down Happy Spa. This trauma manifested an inner demon named Vice, who erased these memories and remained dormant for 18 years. The bathhouse was rebuilt, and the family resumed normal life. During childhood, Ikki located Daiji after he went missing on a camping trip.
Ikki excelled in soccer during school, winning multiple MVP awards. He attended Kitase High School, joined the soccer club under coach Subaru Kimura, and befriended Koji Ikeda. They won the Japan High School Soccer Tournament in 2017. However, Ikki accidentally injured Koji during practice, leading him to quit soccer after graduation due to guilt. He then dedicated himself to managing Happy Spa.
Ikki became aware of Vice while assisting customers. During Daiji's Fenix appointment ceremony, disrupted by the Deadmans, Ikki used the Revice Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Revi, leveraging his connection with Vice. Initially reluctant to commit fully as a Kamen Rider to prioritize the bathhouse, he agreed to use the Revice Driver only occasionally. After Vice agreed to stop harming humans, and following an incident where childhood friend Ayaka Oketani became a Deadman, Ikki signed a full-time contract with Fenix. This provided financial support for his family while assigning him "hero work" during Deadman incidents.
As Revi, Ikki utilized various Genomes accessed through Vistamps, each modeled after past Kamen Riders and themed after animals. Key forms included Rex Genome (Tyrannosaurus rex), Eagle Genome (eagle/Kamen Rider W), Mammoth Genome (mammoth/Kamen Rider Den-O), Ptera Genome (pterodactyl/Kamen Rider Faiz), Megalodon Genome (megalodon/Kamen Rider Decade), Jackal Genome (jackal/Kamen Rider Ex-Aid), Kong Genome (gorilla/Kamen Rider Fourze), Kamakiri Genome (mantis/Kamen Rider Gaim), Brachio Genome (Brachiosaurus/Kamen Rider Zi-O), Neo Batta Genome (grasshopper/Kamen Rider Zero-One), and Kangaroo Genome (kangaroo/Kamen Rider Build). Each form granted unique abilities like aerokinesis (Eagle), pyrokinesis (Lion), or enhanced speed (Ptera). Remix abilities fused Ikki with Vice into animal-like states.
Ikki helped Daiji regain control from his inner demon Kagero, who became Kamen Rider Evil. He supported Sakura in overcoming her insecurities, enabling her to become Kamen Rider Jeanne. As Ikki and Vice's bond strengthened, George Karizaki developed the Barid Rex Vistamp, combining data from the first 10 Vistamps. This created Revi Barid Rex Genome, granting cryokinesis and the Reborn ability to create constructs of previous Genomes' Remixes. Later, the Volcano Vistamp adapter evolved this into Volcano Rex Genome, adding pyrokinesis but requiring synchronization with Vice to prevent self-harm.
During conflicts, Yasushi Kudo criticized Ikki for acting impulsively without considering consequences, prompting Ikki to reflect on his responsibilities. He underwent VR training to master the Volcano Vistamp against Orteca's Gifftarians but suffered burns from its recoil. Vice's encouragement helped him harness the form.
Ikki discovered his family's lineage traced back to Giff through his father's DNA transplant, triggering the resurgence of Vail and the return of his repressed childhood memories. As Giff's revival neared, Vice became rampant, causing Ikki to lose bodily control. Using the Thunder Gale Vistamp, they fused as Kamen Rider Revice, defeating Orteca. However, their contract caused Ikki to gradually lose memories the more he fought to protect his family. This manifested in his disappearance from family photos and struggles to recall events like the soccer incident with Koji.
In an alternate reality, Ikki served as a Fenix Squad Leader and transformed solo into Kamen Rider Revi without Vice. This version failed to use the Gold Spino Vistamp due to lacking a "No. 2 soul," leading to defeat by the Ookami Deadman.
