Description
Miashei Kune is the daughter of Ladderrum Kune, an aviator, and she inherits his mechanical aptitude and love of flying. She grows up learning to pilot aircraft from her father at a young age, which gives her a strong foundation in handling machinery. A lively, cheerful, and bright young woman, she is also notably sensible and level-headed, often serving as a calming voice of reason when her best friend Sochie Heim becomes impulsive or hot-headed.
In the story, Miashei is a member of the Inglessa Militia and one of its top pilots. She teaches Sochie how to fly and later becomes a mobile suit pilot herself, operating machines such as the Kapool and the Armadillo (WaD). Her role in the conflict is that of a capable and reliable combatant who uses her technical skills to support her comrades. She remains a steadfast friend to Sochie throughout the events of the series and the film compilations, including Turn A Gundam I: Earth Light.
Her development follows a path from a civilian aviator to a front-line soldier, but her core personality stays grounded. She is not driven by grand ambitions or personal vendettas; rather, her motivation stems from a desire to protect those close to her and to fulfill her duties within the militia. Her mechanical expertise and piloting prowess are her most notable abilities, allowing her to adapt quickly to new types of combat vehicles.
