Noriko Kitou is a Japanese voice actor known for her work in anime, particularly in series produced by Sunrise. She was born on April 18, 1971, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

Kitou is most recognized for her roles in mecha anime from the late 1990s and early 2000s. She provided the voice for Miashei Kune in the 1999 television series Turn A Gundam, a role she reprised for the compilation films Turn A Gundam I: Earth Light and Turn A Gundam II: Moonlight Butterfly, both released in 2002. Miashei is a capable mobile suit pilot and a close friend of the character Sochie Heim.

In 2002, Kitou voiced Princess Ana Medaiyu in the television series Overman King Gainer. The character is the young daughter of a duke who joins the main characters on their journey, displaying a confident and curious personality beyond her eight years.

Beyond these prominent roles, Kitou voiced Edouard de Villefort in the 2004 anime adaptation Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. She also performed in a Japanese stage drama production of The Count of Monte Cristo, taking the role of Haydée.
