Ōkami-Otoko began as an experimental wolf monster, engineered via a wolf virus under Shocker's "Operation: Wolf". His initial state was marked by uncontrollable berserker fury, leading him to rampage indiscriminately and sleep on the streets. After transforming into his wolf form to kill an approaching man, Shocker Combatmen captured him. Following this capture, he reemerged as a fiercely loyal Shocker agent, assigned to retrieve a girl who had witnessed him. During this mission, he clashed with Kamen Rider 2, demonstrating strength sufficient to hold his own and escape. Later, upon returning to Colonel Zol's outpost, his implanted self-destruct mechanism activated. The resulting explosion killed multiple Shocker Combatmen and commanders. Within the manga adaptation, Ōkami-Otoko maintained this identical role as a Shocker operative. In the Game World narrative, an iteration of Ōkami-Otoko appeared among Shocker's endlessly reviving army. This version was initially destroyed by Kamen Rider Ex-Aid's Mighty Critical Finish. However, revived through Kuroto Dan's resurrection plot, Shocker's forces regenerated repeatedly. Ōkami-Otoko participated in subsequent battles against gathered Kamen Riders until Shocker's forces were ultimately wiped out by Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Maximum Gamer Level 99 and the Kamen Sentai Gorider, following the Game World's destruction. Physically, Ōkami-Otoko stood 165 cm tall and weighed 80 kg. His primary abilities included enhanced strength and durability, proven by his capacity to match Kamen Rider 2 in combat. His narrative trajectory consistently depicted him as a tool of Shocker, from creation and conditioning to his sacrificial destruction via the implanted self-destruct mechanism.
