Raoul Contesta, usually addressed as Mr. Contesta, is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime series Pokémon Advance. He holds a senior leadership position within the world of Pokémon Contests, acting as the chief judge of these events and as the director of the contest committee, with some sources describing him as the head of the Pokémon Activities Committee. He is an older man who first appears during the Rustboro Contest, where he is introduced to the audience as the Director of the Contest Committee.
