Description
Kori is a fourteen-year-old boy with red hair who serves as the main protagonist of the anime Shin Hakkenden. His background is set in a distant future where humanity fled a destroyed Earth and now resides across eight moons. He sets out on a deeply personal journey to find his mother, a search he believes will unlock the truth about his own origins and the power he wields. Kori comes into possession of a powerful sword forged by his father, a weapon given to him by Kou Yagami. The sword holds a red gem embedded in its hilt, which is the source of his most defining ability.
Kori possesses a fundamentally good and generous soul. He deeply values loyalty and tries to show compassion even to those hardened by violence.
