Description
Demure is a recurring character from the African team, Team Wild Fang, first appearing during the Big Bang Bladers World Championship tournament. He is a Blader of African descent with dark skin, brown eyes, and curly black hair styled into an afro. His attire typically consists of a long red tribal coat that leaves some skin exposed at the neck, a black neck band, long circular earrings, a gold headband that slightly lifts his afro, and a scarf with blue and golden ends.

In terms of personality, Demure is not a particularly confident person, but he possesses a strong spirit and is deeply loyal and helpful to his friends. His most defining characteristic is his extraordinary kinetic vision, which allows him to analyze a Beyblade's performance as if seeing it in slow motion. This ability makes him an intellectual Blader and a valuable member of any team, and being able to contribute in this way helps boost his otherwise low self-confidence, allowing him to feel a sense of belonging. He himself notes that his excellent eyesight stems from being born in the plains.

Demure first debuts by taking part in a Yellow Group battle royal to qualify for the African representative team. He fails to win this match when an opponent named Marcus cheats to defeat him. Later, he uses his keen eyesight to help Kyoya Tategami and Nile reclaim their spots on the team by finding Marcus and revealing his Beyblade's weaknesses. Impressed by his skills, Kyoya decides to make Demure the third official member of the African team, which they name Team Wild Fang. During the team's first tournament round against Team Chandora, Demure does not get to battle due to consecutive victories by Nile and Kyoya. In a crucial match against Team Gan Gan Galaxy, following a tie between Gingka and Kyoya, Demure teams up with Benkei Hanawa (known as the Masked Bull) to face Tsubasa Otori and Yu Tendo. The pair initially gains the advantage through Demure's tactical analysis, but the battle turns when Tsubasa loses control of his dark power, causing all Beyblades except his own to spin out.

Later in the story, Demure joins his teammates in traveling to America to investigate the Spiral Force. He participates in battles against members of Team Garcia and several Bladers from the HD Academy. During the launch of Hades City, Demure, alongside Nile, Kyoya, and Benkei, defeats Ian Garcia and his group of HD Academy Bladers. After the Spiral Force is ultimately destroyed, Demure returns to Africa with Nile, parting ways with Benkei and Kyoya. In the subsequent season, Demure reappears to help Gingka and his friends find the Legendary Blader Dynamis, battling against Johannes, Bao, and the Beylin Fist alongside Nile and Benkei. He later contributes his power to help defeat the god of destruction Nemesis.

Demure's key relationships are primarily with his teammates on Wild Fang. He forms a strong bond with Kyoya Tategami, the team's leader, who recognized his potential and gave him a place on the team. He works effectively alongside Nile, often analyzing opponents for the benefit of the team. He also fights in tandem with Benkei Hanawa, with Demure using his analytical ability to tell the physically stronger Benkei how best to strike for victory. Throughout the tournament and beyond, Demure remains close friends with all his former teammates.

Demure's Beyblade is named Counter Scorpio 145D. His primary special move is called Counter Stinger. While he may be considered one of the less powerful Bladers on his team in terms of raw strength, his unique advantage lies in his ability to analyze an opponent's Beyblade just by looking at it. He uses this intellectual capability to plan tactics and guide his partners during battle, and as a recurring character, he demonstrates notable development in finding confidence and value in his role as a strategic member rather than solely as a frontline warrior.
