Description
Hide Satō is a high school student and the younger brother of Moe Satō, the young woman who brings the family's unusual spherical cat, Poyo, into their home. At 17 years old, he inhabits the role of the skeptical teenage boy within the family dynamic.
Initially, Hide has a difficult time getting along with the round, orange cat, and it is established that Poyo does not seem to like him in return, creating a noticeable tension in the household. Unlike the rest of his family, who adore the cat from the start, Hide is resistant to Poyo's charm.
