Description
Masaomi Ikezawa is a student at Minami Middle School who serves as the vice president of its student council. He is an old acquaintance of Riko Kurahashi from their time at cram school, and he tutored her in preparation for her entrance examination to Fujisaki Middle School. During his childhood, Masaomi had few friends and was often spoken about behind his back because of his overly serious and stern demeanor. His friendship with Riko began when she approached him for help with her studies, and he is one of the few people who know the true reason she wanted to enroll at Fujisaki. Riko gave him the nickname Yan, which is believed to have originated from a transformation of his given name. Those around him note that spending time with Riko caused Yan to gradually mellow and become more approachable.
