Cyniclons Tarb, known in the original Japanese version as Tart Ikisatashi, is one of the three alien antagonists who arrive on Earth with the mission of reclaiming the planet for their people. He is the youngest member of this group, which is referred to as Cyniclons in some adaptations, and his name is derived from the word "brat" spelled backward, a reflection of his core personality traits.
Tarb is a small alien with a childlike appearance. He has medium-length brown hair that he typically wears in two pigtails and large, pointed ears that are characteristic of his race.
