Description
Precis F. Neumann is a sixteen-year-old inventor from the town of Linga who appears as a supporting character in Star Ocean EX. She lives with her father, and the two of them spend their time building machines and creating inventions together. Her passion for mechanics makes her stand out in her village, where many residents view her as strange and tend to keep their distance, though the travelers Claude and Rena find her unusual nature charming rather than off-putting.
