Tomoe Hanba is a Japanese voice actress born on June 9, 1972, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision and is a graduate of the Japan Narration Actor Institute. Her husband is fellow voice actor Jin Yamanoi.
Hanba began her career in the 1990s and has built a extensive body of work across anime television series, original video animations, films, and video games. One of her earliest and most notable roles is Mikoto Utsugi in the long-running mecha series The King of Braves GaoGaiGar, a character she reprised in subsequent OVAs and compilations.
