Description
Karen Jordan serves as the firearms expert for her unit, a skill set that defines her technical role within the team. Her background is mixed, being of both African-American and Japanese heritage. A formative and painful event from her childhood shapes much of her character: her father abandoned her and her mother when she was very young. This abandonment created a deep emotional wound that festered into a profound hatred for men.
However, this intense misandry is not a static trait. Her motivations begin to shift as she develops friendships with her male colleagues in the A.D. Police, and this camaraderie starts to alleviate her deep-seated resentment. Her key relationships, particularly with the other members of her squad, are central to her personal development, acting as the catalyst for her gradual emotional healing. Her notable ability is her expertise in gunfights, marking her as the specialist in armed combat within the group.
