Description
Handagil stands as the leader of Valghan and its primary antagonist. He possesses stark white hair, beard, and mustache, contrasting with his gray eyes. A prominent scar runs from his forehead down to his upper lip where his left eye is missing. His right hand ends in a hook.

His nature is defined by cruelty, power hunger, sadism, and megalomania. He demonstrates utter disregard for others' lives. When Valghan's fortress ship, housing non-combatants, came under attack, his only question was, "who's there that'll be missed if they're killed?" He inflicts harm on his own soldiers without hesitation.

As Valghan's Grand Admiral, he employs ruthless tactics for dominance. After capturing Princess Ririha of Atland, he threatened her execution to force Atland's surrender. Simultaneously, he orchestrated the Prince of Acoil's death. Upon receiving Atland's refusal to surrender from an ambassador, Handagil impaled the ambassador with a sword. Following Ririha's escape, he executed his own guards.

His military strength relied heavily on the "Builder," a large, damaged robotic suit he controlled remotely via a specialized helmet. This monstrous weapon served as his trump card and primary advantage in conquest, proving too powerful even for formidable warriors like Amerote.

Kaina ultimately destroyed the Builder using a potent laser blast from the Bark Cutter. With this loss, Handagil was killed by Olinoga, who delivered a precise long-range shot to his head, concluding the conflict between Atland and Valghan.
