TV-Series
Description
Guren Nash is the main protagonist of his story and serves as the leader of a new generation of heroes. He is a young boy, approximately thirteen years old, with a distinctive appearance marked by black and red hair and blue-violet eyes. His typical attire consists of a red t-shirt over a white long-sleeved shirt, blue cargo jeans with beige suspenders, and red shoes. He also owns a pet cat named Max.
Guren has a naturally positive attitude and faces difficult challenges without showing fear, demonstrating a natural, if still developing, talent for leadership. He is consistently there for his friends and is described as always wanting to do what is right. His loyalty is a core part of his personality; he becomes fiercely and uncontrollably angry when anyone threatens or endangers those he cares about. At times, he can show a vain side, particularly in his dealings with his father, whom he feels does not spend enough time with him due to work. This sense of neglect is compounded by the fact that his family has moved frequently because of his father's job, and the absence of his mother is a noted but unexplored part of his background.
In his role as a hero, Guren possesses the core of the legendary warrior Bravenwolf. When he transforms, he becomes this armored knight, wielding a Tenkai Sword and shield. His designated element is fire, and he is recognized as the first among his peers to unlock two powerful enhancements. He first achieves Titan mode, which enlarges him to twice his normal size and allows him to release powerful energy slashes from his sword. He later unlocks an even more formidable Elemental Titan mode. After being infused with a Dragon Cube, his transformed state evolves further, and he becomes known as Bravenwolf Tenkai Firestorm. In this form, he can generate a giant ball of fire on the tip of his sword to hurl at targets.
Guren's most significant relationships are with his fellow heroes. He shares a particularly close, brother-like bond with Ceylan Jones, who is his best friend. Although Guren pushes to keep the team united, his initial encounters with Toxsa Dalton and Chooki Mason were rocky, as the pair were reluctant to join forces, believing themselves to be a superior duo. Over time, they form a solid four-person team. Another key relationship is with Gen, a transfer student who initially rejects Guren's friendship and considers them opposites. Guren persistently tries to reach out to Gen, eventually persuading him that the world is not a bad place and that their friendship is genuine. His relationship with a girl named Beni is more complex; he initially develops a crush on her, only to be manipulated and betrayed by her. Despite this, Guren continues to believe in her and offers his friendship, which she eventually accepts after a difficult journey.
Throughout his journey, Guren develops from a well-meaning but slightly inexperienced boy into a more confident and capable leader. While he often states that the group of heroes has no official leader, his actions, positive outlook, and unwavering commitment to protecting others naturally place him in that guiding role for the team.
