Yomigi Takahashi performs as the tsukkomi in the comedy duo Konamonzu alongside her childhood friend Yayoi Sakamoto. She juggles her comedy career with helping at her family's takoyaki restaurant, Takohashi. Her family consists of a younger brother, Yoshihiro, in elementary school, and twin kindergarten sisters, Rine and Miki.

As part of the Kansai-representing manzai trio Young Wai-Wai, Takahashi competes in the Teppen Grand Prix. After qualifying for the finals, the trio moves into the historic training dormitory Takako-so alongside other comedy groups. During their stay, she faces challenges, including the discovery of a threatening ema plaque hinting at an assassination plot, which escalates tensions within the dormitory.
