Alicia Whistle is a character from the anime Blue Gender. She is depicted as a female adolescent with blue eyes and brown hair that reaches approximately shoulder length. Within the narrative, she serves as a supporting character. Her Japanese voice is provided by Miwa Yasuda.

Alicia is a Sleeper, a person who was placed into cryogenic suspension due to a mysterious disease and later awakened to fight in a war against monstrous creatures known as the Blue. She is assigned to the First Squad of the Sleeper unit. Unlike some other characters who were awakened on Earth and have witnessed the planet's devastation firsthand, Alicia awakens on the space station known as Second Earth. Consequently, she has no direct knowledge of the terrible conditions on the planet's surface.

Her personality is marked by a notable immaturity and a lack of discipline. During missions and combat situations, she is often seen yawning or quickly complaining about her circumstances. These childish behaviors frequently make her a burden on her unit, as she contributes little to operational effectiveness and can be more of a hindrance than a help to her fellow soldiers.
