Description
Puri-Puri Prisoner is a professional hero affiliated with the Hero Association, where he holds a place in the S-Class, the organization's highest hero tier. He is first introduced at S-Class Rank 17 and is later shown at Rank 13. Unusually, he is also a prisoner: he was arrested for repeated acts of sexual assault against men he found attractive, including other heroes and criminals, and much of the comedy around him stems from the fact that the Hero Association tolerates his behavior because of his strength. He serves as the leader of the inmates at Smelly Lid Prison and chooses to return there voluntarily between hero assignments because he prefers to stay close to the young male prisoners he affectionately calls his angels.
