Puri-Puri Prisoner, sometimes written as Pri-Pri-Prisoner, is an S-Class professional hero ranked seventeenth within the Hero Association in the anime One Punch Man. He is a tall, exceptionally muscular man with a shaved head, exaggerated facial features, and a theatrical, flamboyant presence, and he is most often seen wearing a prison uniform rather than a traditional hero costume. He also acts as the de facto leader and boss of the inmates held at Smelly Lid Prison, which serves as both his residence and his base of operations between hero duties.
His background is unusual for a hero. As a child, he took swimming lessons, and at some point later in life he was arrested for sexually assaulting a number of men, an offense that resulted in a lengthy prison sentence and shaped both his reputation and his chosen name.
