Stefano Mondini is an Italian voice actor born on December 29, 1960, in Rome, Italy. He has built an extensive career dubbing foreign productions into Italian, working across animation, live-action films, and television series.

Mondini has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in Japanese anime. His roles include Tanabe Sensei in the second season of Teasing Master Takagi-san, Isami Nishimura in Mix: Meisei Story, and the Narrator for Fist of the Blue Sky Regenesis. He also voiced Clito in the film Alexander: The Movie, the Narrator in the OVA series Freedom, and Master Pharaoh 90 in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal: Season III.

His work is particularly prominent within the various Italian dubs of the Transformers franchise. He has voiced numerous characters across both animated series and live-action films. In the animated series, his roles include Dr. Jones (credited as Dott. Jones) in Transformers: Energon, as well as Movor and Ruination in Transformers: Robots in Disguise. For the live-action Transformers film series, he is the Italian voice of General Morshower in multiple installments, including Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon, and The Last Knight, and also voiced Colonel Sharp in the 2007 Transformers film.

Beyond the titles mentioned, Mondini's extensive anime filmography includes a vast range of other roles. He has voiced Soichiro Yagami in Death Note, Leomon in Digimon Tamers, Pantherlily in Fairy Tail, Paragus in Dragon Ball Super: Broly, and Ginjiro Nezu in Summer Time Rendering. He has also taken on narration duties for series such as The Seven Deadly Sins and Giant Robo. In addition to his anime work, he is well-known in Italy as the voice for numerous characters in Western animation and live-action, including Principal Skinner and Barney Gumble in The Simpsons, Major Monogram in Phineas and Ferb, and Mike Ehrmantraut in Breaking Bad. In addition to voice acting, Mondini also works as a dubbing director.
