Description
Biino Bandou is a minor character who joins the staff of the amusement park. Her introduction is foreshadowed in a dream experienced by another employee, Isuzu Sento, before she appears in person as a job applicant during a period when the park is critically understaffed.

Biino is a young woman with short, straight brown hair that she often adorns with a flower-shaped clip on the left side. She has reddish-brown eyes and is typically seen wearing her school uniform. Her defining personality trait is an exceptionally cheerful and kind disposition. This optimism is most dramatically demonstrated when she arrives for her job interview covered in blood from a stab wound, yet she maintains her smile and a determined attitude throughout the ordeal. Her determination is fierce; she insists on completing the interview and securing the job before seeking any medical attention. Beyond her cheerfulness, she also displays a notable lack of resentment toward those who harm her and remains calm even in dangerous or messy situations.

Her primary motivation appears to be a strong, almost inexplicable drive to work at the park. This determination is so powerful that she ignores a serious injury to attend her interview. Once hired, her role is that of a part-time employee, specifically working at a shaved ice stand near the park's pool area. Her presence serves as a source of both comedic shock and unexpected challenges for the park's management.

The most significant relationship in Biino's story is with her older brother. He is a deeply disturbed individual who physically attacks her, stabbing her specifically to prevent her from working at the park. He follows her to the interview, still wielding the knife, and is only subdued by the actions of the park manager, Seiya Kanie, and the mascot Moffle. Despite his violent actions, Biino shows no ill will toward her brother and even expresses concern for him after he is knocked unconscious. The nature of their relationship is complicated by the revelation that they are not actually related by blood.

Biino's character undergoes significant development beyond her initial portrayal as a cheerful and accident-prone girl. A deeper exploration of her circumstances reveals she is under a curse that negatively influences everyone around her, causing them to wish her harm. Her persistent optimism and cheerful smile begin to break down as the true weight of her horrific situation becomes clear, showcasing a more fragile and devastated interior life. This curse is the underlying reason for her brother's violent behavior and the series of bloody accidents that seem to follow her.

Biino does not possess any supernatural or magical abilities in the same way that the park's mascot characters do. Her most notable ability is her superhuman resilience and unwavering positive attitude, which she maintains in the face of severe physical and emotional trauma. This trait, along with her determination, allows her to persevere through her job interview while seriously wounded and to remain calm when captured by antagonists at the pool, primarily because the park's guests were still enjoying themselves.
