Alina Degener is a German voice actor born in 1995 in Hamburg, Germany. She began working on voice-over and audio play projects from the age of five and has continued to pursue voice acting alongside her academic career as a psychologist.

Degener is best known for providing the German dubbed voices for several characters in anime series and films. Her most prominent roles include Ayane Mizuno in Tsukigakirei, Naomi Tanizaki in Bungo Stray Dogs, Bungo Stray Dogs 2, and Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple, and Biino Bandou in Amagi Brilliant Park. Additional anime roles include Erica Suzumoto in Kabukicho Sherlock, Ashina in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Nori Hitsuki in Lance N' Masques, Minamo Shirase in Aokana: Four Rhythm Across the Blue, Nanako Nanakai in Tsugumomo, and the characters Yome and Shinko Inari in Naruto Shippuden.

Beyond her anime work, Degener has contributed to German audio productions for children's series, including voicing the character Hatice in the audio plays for Die Schule der magischen Tiere and roles in Schlau wie Vier and Die Teufelskicker. She also works as a dialogue writer for German dubbing adaptations.
