Born as Wilhelm in a wealthy German family, Noiz is a main character in DRAMAtical Murder who serves as an information broker for the game Rhyme and the founder of the team Ruff Rabbit. His childhood was marked by a rare condition known as congenital insensitivity to pain, which left him unable to feel physical sensation or understand others' pain. This led to unintentionally violent behavior toward other children, and his parents, embarrassed by his actions, locked him away in isolation for years. Later in the story, after returning to Germany to reconcile with his brother, he takes on a more refined appearance, wearing a suit and becoming his brother's assistant.
