Kuroda Kanbei is a supporting antagonist in the anime Sengoku Basara: End of Judgement. He is a former vassal of Toyotomi Hideyoshi who secretly plotted to seize control of Japan for himself. When his ambitions were discovered by Ishida Mitsunari, he was driven away and fled south, appearing as a prisoner with his hands bound and locked together by a heavy ball and chain. This iron restraint doubles as his improvised weapon, which he wields in combat with surprising ferocity.
