Born Richard Michael Epcar on April 29, 1955, in Denver, Colorado, he has lent his voice to more than a thousand characters across animation, anime, and video games. He is married to fellow voice actress Ellyn Stern, and together they operate Epcar Entertainment, a voice-over production service company based in Los Angeles.
